Welcome to Stretch Club from my living-room-to-yours! It’s about movement that supports real life so that we can feel lighter, travel easier, and wake up with a few less morning sound effects.

We’re building flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and confidence through short, live functional-movement sessions you can join from home or catch on replay.

We start with a one-on-one intake session so we can chat about your health, fitness, and goals, then move through a few basic exercises so I can understand where you’re at and what your body needs.

Then we will meet together in a group with no pressure or perfection, just movement that helps your body feel awesome. And yes… weird knees, tight hips, cranky backs, and old injuries are all welcome here. I’ve been there too.

Flexibility

A blend yoga, stretching, and myofascial release to help our bodies open up naturally. Movements feel gentle, effective, and doable for real life.

Simple, functional mobility patterns help your joints move smoothly again. Expect easy flows that make everyday movement feel better.

Strength work and smart progressions build stability without strain. You’ll feel supported and capable in the ways that matter most.

How It Works

1. Enroll in the January Cohort

You’ll receive onboarding instructions + intake scheduling link.

2. Complete your 1:1 intake session

We’ll meet privately on Zoom so I can understand your history, limitations, and goals.

3. Join the live sessions

Three weekly 25–30 minute sessions via Zoom.
Warm, welcoming, structured, functional movement.

4. Get recordings automatically

If you miss a session, you get the replay the same day.

5. Keep going, stay accountable, feel better

You’re supported every step of the way.

Schedule Details

Recommended equipment:

Yoga mat, foam roller, strap/belt, tennis/lacrosse ball, and about 6 feet of space to be an imperfect human in.

Intake sessions:

Scheduled individually before the program begins.

  • Nope. That’s literally the whole point of this. We start exactly where we are.

  • Welcome to the club. Truly. I’m dealing with a back fusion and a torn rotator cuff. Everything is modifiable, and your intake session allows me to personalize movements for the group.

  • Everything is recorded. You can do sessions anytime that works for your life.

  • 30 minutes long enough to feel amazing, short enough to stay consistent. The recordings will be shorter since they will be edited.

  • Nope! But if you want personalized feedback, decent lighting helps.

  • A yoga mat, foam roller, yoga strap or belt, tennis/lacrosse ball. And gravity.

  • Absolutely. This is motivation around why I built this. Moving younger makes everything easier.

  • Nope. All humans with bodies are welcome.
