Welcome to Stretch Club from my living-room-to-yours.

This isn’t “stretching for the sake of stretching.” This is functional movement so that daily life feels easier like walking, running, gardening, travel days, lifting groceries, hiking, sitting, standing… all of it.

You know those little aches and pains we have when we get up in the morning? We’re aiming for fewer of those.

A calm, supportive way to get stronger

We start with a quick 1:1 intake session so I understand your body, your goals, and any “weird knee / tight hip / cranky back” situations.

Then we meet weekly as a group with no pressure or perfection. This is just smart movement with warm coaching and plenty of modifications.

(Yes, old injuries are welcome here. We’re not trying to impress anyone. We’re trying to feel good.)

Hi, I’m Eva. I’m your movement coach.

I’ve spent decades helping people feel stronger, more mobile, and more comfortable in their bodies through many different mind body practices. I love teaching movement that actually supports real life.

Stretch Club is the 8-week course I built for everyday movement. Walking. Travel days. Lifting groceries. Hiking. Sitting and standing without stiffness.

My approach is warm, practical, and human, with a sense of humor. Bodies change. Mornings can be stiff. Life is full of surprises, especially as we get older.

Movement should make life feel easier. And more fun!

  • Nope. That’s literally the whole point of this. We start exactly where we are.

  • Welcome to the club. Truly. I’m dealing with a back fusion and a torn rotator cuff. Everything is modifiable, and your intake session allows me to personalize movements for the group.

  • Everything is recorded. You can do sessions anytime that works for your life.

  • 30 minutes long enough to feel amazing, short enough to stay consistent. The recordings will be shorter since they will be edited.

  • Nope! But if you want personalized feedback, decent lighting helps.

  • A yoga mat, foam roller, yoga strap or belt, tennis/lacrosse ball. And gravity.

  • Absolutely. This is motivation around why I built this. Moving younger makes everything easier.

  • Nope. All humans with bodies are welcome.
