Hey there! I’m Eva and I’m glad you landed here.
I’ve spent over 30 years helping people feel healthy and strong.
The origin story? It started back in high school with coaching gymnastics and teaching step aerobics at the YMCA (yes, full thong-leotard era). Later came yoga, kettlebells, TRX, weightlifting, mobility work, and the deeper emotional and mental health work of staying well in a world that sometimes feels a little insane.
I love supporting people wherever they are on their fitness and health journey. From someone who’s never exercised, or those coming back after a break, or people looking to feel better in a body that’s changing.
The spaces we retreat to (especially our homes) matter a lot to me. I love creating and designing environments that support a healthy lifestyle. I recently completed a modern farmhouse home build with a vacation rental that has a Forest Retreat experience built right into it. Supporting well-being through both movement and environment is a big part of my work.
I work between the Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest, supporting clients virtually and in person. My approach is warm, intuitive, and practical, with a sense of humor because aging is, well… funny. Some days everything aches, and other days we feel amazing. It’s all part of the ride.
I don’t believe in hype, trends, or extremes—I’ve seen too many come and go over the years! My philosophy is simple: movement that supports you, adapts to your life, and gives your body what it actually needs… so life feels a lot more fun.
