Hey, I’m Eva
I’ve spent over 30 years in fitness helping people get strong, flexible, and capable in their bodies. My work focuses on building real strength, improving mobility, and moving better in everyday life.
My approach is smart, efficient training that delivers results without gimmicks, trends, or wasted time.
One-on-one training is fully personalized and built around strength, mobility, and flexibility that actually work. You will get stronger, move better, and feel better.
How This Works
I work with a small number of clients each year, by referral only, with just a few seasonal openings. These spaces are intentional and reserved for people who want thoughtful, individualized work.
First step: a brief conversation
We’ll make sure we’re a good fit and that schedules align. If not, I’m happy to recommend other trusted health professionals in my circle.
Second step: an intake session to talk through your goals, movement history, and your body’s story. Programs are built around how your body actually moves in daily life.
Ongoing work:
Two live sessions per week over video (Zoom)
Occasional in-person check-ins in Berkeley CA & the surrounding Bay Area, or Bellingham, WA
What Makes This Different
Sessions are short (under 40 minutes), focused, and encouraging with a little humor mixed in. I aim to make training effective and enjoyable.
Every program includes:
Dynamic warm-up and stretching
Functional strength for everyday life
Mobility work for ease and range
Core and balance to support the whole system
Minimal equipment to start (a mat and foam roller), with optional additions like kettlebells, TRX, bands, or weights over time
Who This Is For
This isn’t bootcamp. There’s no comparison and no pressure.
This work is for you if:

You value support, clarity, and consistency
You want guided progression without judgment
You’re looking for a coach who meets you where you are and helps you move forward
No special clothing required. Something comfortable is good (and for women, a sports bra that keeps things supported is nice 😉).
