I help people build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in their bodies. The training is effective, personalized, and adjusted for each person.

The first step is a quick conversation. That way, we can make sure we are a good fit & our schedules align. I have other health pros in my sphere I’m happy to recommend as well.

No judgment. We start where you are and build from there, one small change at a time. And, if stiffness, pain, or feeling ‘out of shape’ is holding you back, it’s time for a change.

Staying active as we get older isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving smarter, so we can feel awesome and keep doing what we love.

Encouragement in our sessions (think personal cheerleader - but sometimes with a slightly evil laugh) and I do my best to make the sessions fun!

Home, hotel room, or small space—no gym needed (just a mat and dumbbells, if you have them).

Sessions are offered both online & and in-person (Bellingham, WA, and in Berkeley CA)

About Me

Hi, I’m Eva Bramwell!

I’ve been in the fitness world since spandex and step aerobics were all the rage—yes, I proudly rocked a thong leotard back in the day.

Fast forward to today, and there’s a ton of confusing (and actually crazy) information about "health." Honestly? A lot of it is pure JUNK—just clever marketing designed to sell us things we don’t actually need.

My approach? I keep it simple. I help people find what truly works for them LONG TERM —without the fluff, fads, or gimmicks and help integrate movement into your everyday life.

With over 30 years in fitness, my passion for health has only grown stronger. As a coach, I specialize in helping people keep their bodies feeling strong, mobile, and ready for life’s adventures.

My own fitness journey started with gymnastics and dance at age 3, leading me to coaching gymnastics and teaching step aerobics—starting back in high school! Since then, I’ve expanded into yoga, weightlifting, TRX, and mindset coaching. I love learning new modalities and weaving them into my work to create a personalized, adaptable approach for every client.

Whether we train virtually or in person, you won’t find a drill sergeant here—I’m more of a personalized cheerleader, helping you move better, feel stronger, and love the way your body moves.
