✔️ Strength & Balance Screening – A few simple exercises help us see where you’re strong and where we can build more stability.


✔️ Pain or Injury Considerations – If you’ve got past injuries or discomfort, we’ll talk about what actually feels good for your body because workouts don’t need to feel like a punishment.


✔️ Your Goals & Lifestyle – Travel more easily? Keep up with the kids or grandkids (or dog), or just feel stronger day-to-day? Let’s make a plan that works for you.

When We Meet:

  • No need to be in “great shape”—I meet you exactly where you are. This is for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

  • The session is quick—under 30 minutes.

  • Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.

  • Online sessions are done over Zoom & In-person sessions available in Bellingham, WA, and Berkeley, CA
