✔️ Pain or Injury Considerations – If you’ve got past injuries or discomfort, we’ll talk about what actually feels good for your body because workouts don’t need to feel like a punishment.
✔️ Your Goals & Lifestyle – Travel more easily? Keep up with the kids or grandkids (or dog), or just feel stronger day-to-day? Let’s make a plan that works for you.
When We Meet:
No need to be in “great shape”—I meet you exactly where you are. This is for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
The session is quick—under 30 minutes.
Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
Online sessions are done over Zoom & In-person sessions available in Bellingham, WA, and Berkeley, CA
